Metro Donor Portal
Donor not in DRM, and not online:
--> GET UNIQUE CONSTITUENT ID: Online sends to DRM Donor Record with a UNIQUE CONSTITUENT ID. Online sends notification to donor with UNIQUE CONSTITUENT ID plus special role "Portal User" and URL to DRM Portal SignIn. Donor enters UNIQUE CONSTITUENT ID, EMAIL, LAST NAME. Reset password to receive new password. Ready to Login to DRM Portal.
--> Will show history empty. The only transaction in Online Transactions Queue is the registration one.
Donor in DRM, but not online:
--> GET UNIQUE CONSTITUENT ID: Online sends to DRM Donor Record with a UNIQUE CONSTITUENT ID. Online sends notification to donor with UNIQUE CONSTITUENT ID plus special role "Portal User" and URL to DRM Portal SignIn. Donor enters UNIQUE CONSTITUENT ID, EMAIL, LAST NAME. Reset password to receive new password. Ready to Login to DRM Portal.
--> Will show giving history in DRM. The only transaction in Online Transactions Queue is the registration one.

Important Notice
--> If donor already received a UNIQUE CONSTITUENT ID, donor can login login right into DRM. If forgotten, the "GET UNIQUE CONSTITUENT ID" step will send it again. If password forgotten, can reset password.

DRM PORTAL
--> Shows under GIfts all gifts (if any). Looks for transactions in Online Transactios queue with the same UNIQUE CONSTITUENT ID if any and shows them under Special Tab. Ask donor to show by person/household/org etc ... everything controlled within DRM
--> Standard UI for all clients
--> Embedded in client's Online Transactions with custom CSS to personalize a bit.
